About AraHina
Since our establishment in 2022, we have had the privilege of working alongside whānau, hapū, iwi, and organisations across Aotearoa, New Zealand. From community groups to government agencies, businesses, and boards, together we co-design strategies and facilitate strategic planning workshops that turn vision into action.
At the heart of our mahi is making strategic planning simple, accessible, and inclusive! We are passionate about bringing Tangata Whenua and Tangata Tiriti together through facilitation that strengthens relationships and builds trusted collaboration for a better Aotearoa.

Our pricing reflects the depth of experience, specialist skill, and te ao Māori approach we bring to every workshop. Strategic Planning
One-day Strategic Planning Workshop
In this one-day strategic planning workshop, we bring your team together to co-design the vision and agree on the high-level direction.
Includes
One-day strategic planning workshop where we will shape a draft strategy that includes:
Moemoeā | Vision: Your long term aspiration and the future you want to create
Te Pae Tawhiti | Mission: Why your organisation exists and the work you do each day to move toward your vision
Ngā Pou | Strategic Objectives: 3-5 key pillars or areas of focus that will guide your overall direction
Ngā Rautaki | Strategic Initiatives: The specific shifts or projects you need to achieve under each objective
Ngā Hua | Outcomes: The long term benefits you want to see for your people and communities, and how you will track progress and show impact
Ngā Uara | Values/Principles: The values and principles that guide your behaviour, decisions, and relationships, and form the foundation of your strategy

Action Planning
One-day Action Planning Workshop
In this one-day action planning workshop we bring your team together to turn your high-level strategy into a practical action plan.
Includes
One-day action planning workshop where we will shape a draft action plan that includes:
Tangible Success (1–3 Years) What tangible success looks like in the short to medium term
Strengths: The people, capabilities, and resources you can build on
Challenges: The barriers or risks that need to be considered and managed
Practical Actions: : Clear, achievable actions that move the strategy forward
Project Leads/Teams: The person/team responsible for leading each action
Timeframe: When each action will either start or be delivered
Resources: The time, funding, people, and support needed to deliver the action
